I get a lot of requests for more cardio, and I know my followers are at many different levels of fitness, so here’s another leveled workout like the first one I did. The workouts get more intense as the level goes up, so find one you can do and move up as they get easier for you. Make sure you keep water nearby!
Would be great to try and do all of them if I have a free hour or two.
